■ Structure of invertor washing machine
This system detects the present pressure in the plumbing from the check valve to nozzles. and the invertor adjusts the discharge volume of pump by controlling the motor R.P.M to be the desired pressure = present pressure.Therefore, the change of flow quantity by the number of the nozzle follows the change of the discharge volume of pump so that the water is always discharged under the constant pressure.

When invertor washing machine is used, the discharge volume from nozzles is decreased, motor R.P.M is adjusted by invertor and the discharge volume from nozzles is also decreased. No overflow volume. It becomes the economical operation. In case of normal washing machine, even the discharge volume from nozzles is decreased, the discharge volume from pump is not changed and unused water return to overflow. Therefore, it wasting the energy. |
